Vehicles in the main procession · red permit: the organisation must first register for the main procession. Then request a personal application link using the same contact email as the registration.

For essential work and delivery of stages, instruments or other equipment within the road closures. Registration for the main procession is not required. Applications must be reviewed before a permit can be issued.
Apply for a service vehicle permitFor vehicles in the main procession: have the registration number, dimensions and weight of the vehicle and any trailer, a description and reason for participation, and driver details ready. The personal link is valid for 30 minutes. For service journeys, provide the task, location, vehicle type, registration number, driver and contact email in the blue permit application. Both application types require the driver’s Norwegian national identity number for the police permit and background check. Inform the driver of the purpose and deletion deadline before submitting. Submission does not grant a vehicle permit.
