How to get help if someone becomes ill or injured during the celebrations in Bergen city centre.
Call 113 for a medical emergency or serious injury. Explain where you are and what has happened, and follow the instructions you are given.
Call 116 117 if you need medical help that cannot wait until your regular doctor is available, but the situation is not an emergency. For life-threatening situations, call 113.
Tell the nearest steward or organiser if you need help in an event area. Agree on a clear meeting point with your family in case you become separated.
